2025 is drawing to a close and so that means it is AGM season again! All of our AGMs (sections and Society) will be online. Booking is essential; tickets are available on Eventbrite (see sections below for the links) and are open to all members and non-members. If you miss any of the talks, you can catch up on the LNHS YouTube channel, once they are uploaded. LNHS AGM documents will be available shortly. 

 

2025 Society AGM

This year's AGM will be held on Thursday 11th December at 6.30pm, via Zoom. The AGM will be followed by a talk from Cheryl Tipp, a Curator of Wildlife and Environmental Sounds at the British Library, entitled 'Recording the sounds of nature'. The event is free and open to all, but tickets must be booked via Eventbrite

2025 Section AGMs

 

Ecology & Entomology AGM will be held on Thursday 6th November at 6:30pm. It will be followed by '20-Odd Years with LNHS', a photographic talk from Mick Massie looking back over twenty-odd years as an LNHS member. The event is free and open to all, but tickets must be booked via Eventbrite.

London Bird Club AGM will take place on Thursday 20 November at 6.30pm followed by talk from Richard Hoath, 'The Birds and Other Animals of Egypt: Ancient and Modern'. The event is free and open to all, but tickets must be booked via Eventbrite.

The Botany section AGM will take place on Thursday 27 November 2025 at 6:30pm followed by a presentation by Simon Harrap: Planning a user-friendly wild flower guide. The event is free and open to all, but tickets must be booked via Eventbrite.

Hampstead Heath Survey AGM will be held on 4th December at 6:30pm. It will be followed by a talk from Rory Dimond. The event is free and open to all, but tickets must be booked via Eventbrite.
