LNHS Links Policy

In order to keep our links page to a manageable size, we have agreed the following policy about which websites to link to from the LNHS site.

Other websites that we link to should belong to natural history, wildlife or ecology organisations, primarily those that are not-for-profit.

There will be an emphasis on the following:

- groups and societies within or adjacent to the London area
or
- specialist natural history recording or study societies.

Where an organization has a number of local branches in the London area, we will normally make one link to that organisation’s main website.

The LNHS site will not normally link to personal websites, or those of a commercial nature, unless they are a well-established and recognised information resource.
